From professional advice on the use of the product that you buy at our store to personalized fitting sessions for shoes, bikes, and wetsuits, we will provide you with whatever you need to assure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy:
Thank you for your purchase! We hope the entire experience has been a good one and that you will use us for all of your endurance sport needs.
No returns will be credited after 14 days.
1. All items must be returned with the following:
a) In new condition with original packaging intact/available
b) Copy of receipt
2. Items that cannot be returned are as follows:
a) Swimsuits or used goggles
b) Tires/Inner Tubes - once one or both have been used
c) All wetsuits, if have been used. Warranties are done through the
manufacturer. This can take up to three weeks
d) Opened sports nutrition containers, wrappers, or packets
All other items must be returned in brand new condition. Any damage or unreasonable wear on items may not be accepted for return or credit even if within 14 days and with receipt.
