Boot Kamp (ongoing)

Our goal is to offer a fun, creative, camp with lots of core and cardio workout variety for people who desire to achieve the next level of core fitness. It's designed for people that want to challenge themselves physically and mentally and want to laugh while doing it.
So no matter what level of fitness you currently are, you can do it and achieve results. The workouts are a combination of strength, flexibility, cardiovascular and core training. The camp is designed to compliment multisport training you are, or are not, already doing.
Classes will run through December 30th.
Sessions will be held:
The Boot Kamp will be led by Terri Bradbury-Mills, a personal & group fitness trainer with 20 years of experience. Terri is certified in: personal fitness training, group exercise training, indoor cycling, Cardio Kickboxing(tm), Pilates, and more. She typically works with large company wellness programs such as UNUM, L.L. Bean, etc.....and we're lucky to be able to offer her very unique training program to you.
Suggest bringing a mat and/or towel, water bottle....and if you have one, a jump rope!
Rate structure:
$15 drop-in
8 class punch card for $89, with a charge of only $10 per class after the card is fully used (card is non-transferable)
Unlimited pass for both July & August (a total of 16 classes) for only $139!
So come armed with training fitness goals, a willing spirit, sense of humor, and together we'll make it happen.

- (new day added and starts 9/13th) Saturday 6:45-7:45am
