Fall Running Program (8 weeks)

Peak Performance Multisport, 317 Marginal Way, Portland, ME
October 15 - December 3, 2008, 6:00 PM

If you’ve been wondering, “What’s next?” after all your summer training and racing, we’ve got the answer.

Beginning Wednesday evening October 15 at 6:00 P.M., Coach Brian “Ziggy” Gillespie offers an eight-week program for runners of all abilities to train for distance base, leg strength, and uphill-downhill running techniques. Leaving from Peak Performance Multisport at 317 Marginal Way, the group will do an easy warm-up and strength workout, followed by a cool-down.
Click here for the workout plan.

ALL LEVELS of runners are encouraged to join. This is an individual program in a group context. You will work at your own pace toward your own goals, with the benefit of working with a group.
Wear a running vest for safety, as well as a running watch to learn pace.

Program fee: $100
