Anne Marie Davee is a registered and licensed dietician, with over 25 years of experience in health promotion. (She also has 20 marathons and several triathlons under her belt!).

She will show you how you can make simple adjustments to your food choices and menu planning to achieve excellent results in your athletic performance.
The focus will be on supporting the marathon and half marathon events.
